Shipping Policy

• Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be processed and shipped the next business day.
• Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email, which includes a tracking number. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam folder.
• Signed & Tracked Delivery: For your peace of mind, all shipments are sent via signed and tracked delivery to ensure your items reach you securely.

 

Delivery Times:

• UK Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days from order date.
• European Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days from order date.
• European Express Shipping: 1-2 business days from order date.
• International Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days from order date.
• International Express Shipping: 2-3 business days from order date.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes based on your country of residence. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot modify the value of the order on the commercial invoice to avoid duties, as we comply with all international import/export laws.

If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs. These fees will be deducted from your refund.

Custom Orders, Pre-Orders, and Made-to-Order Items

We are pleased to offer pre-orders and custom-made garments designed specifically for you. However, please note that all pre-orders, custom orders, and made-to-order garments are non-returnable and final sale. These items are crafted based on your specifications and cannot be resold. Exceptions to this policy apply only in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or defective custom or pre-ordered item, please contact us immediately at info@gatheringtextiles.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

 

Return Policy

We accept returns of full-price, unworn, and unwashed garments, bags, and textile artworks within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please ensure that all returned items include their original tags and packaging.

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We are not responsible for international duty or customs charges associated with returns.
• International Returns: For international orders, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.
• Final Sale Items: All sales are final after 14 days. Pre-orders, custom orders, and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

 

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, it will undergo an inspection to ensure it is in good condition, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

If the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements (e.g., if it is worn, damaged, or missing original packaging), we reserve the right to deny the refund.

 

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange any full-price, unworn, and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. Exchanges are only possible for items of equal value. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with the exchange.
